Fiona is the firm administrator in charge of running the day-to-day affairs of the firm. She also doubles as the IP formalities manager and in charge of post grant recordals such as renewals, changes in title, and related transactions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences majoring in social administration.

Having previously worked in the banking industry she garnered excellent customer care skills, is a good team player and pays attention to detail. Fiona is passionate about intellectual property and has worked with diverse clients on large trademark renewal projects as well as trademark clearance. She assists the firm clients with status reports on existing work and handles the docketing of future work as well as client relations generally.

Fiona is passionate about children especially the girl child and used to serve on the board of Children Reach Out Uganda.
