Carol is a Lawyer, who holds an LLB degree from Kampala International University (KIU) and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development Rwanda.

Carol advises clients on how to protect their intellectual property rights, prepares and files trademark applications and company documents for registration and Incorporation, prepares and files responses to office actions, prepares notices for publication, drafts contracts, conducts research on trademark laws and company laws nationally and internationally.
